Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Unless due to a fault / error (see below), all none-perishable items that have not been used, opened or tampered with in any way can be returned. If the items are received back into store in a saleable condition within the time limits detailed below we should be able to offer a full store credit. You need to contact us first before returning any items so we can discuss why the items are coming back to us and the best way to get them to us.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
We need to be notified of any problems or returns as quickly as possible after receipt of the goods. If you do not notify us within two weeks of order receipt we will work hard to resolve any concerns but reserve the right to refuse return.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items need to be returned to:

Kombu Wholefoods
1 Church St
Bellingen
NSW 2454.

Items must be returned by Courier or Registered Post.

HOW do customers return items?
Please contact us before return so we can discuss the best way to get the item(s) back to us.

SHIPPING for returns?
If there was a fault or error with the original product Kombu will cover any additional Shipping costs. Please contact us prior to return so we can discuss options for return / replacement.

CREDIT for returns?
If an item is returned because of a fault with the product we offer either full refund or store credit. If an item is returned because you have changed your mind and meets the conditions detailed above we are happy to offer a full store credit.

Instore return option?
Once a return has been agreed you are welcome to bring the item into store. The address is:

Items may be returned in person from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Packing materials?
When returning items please use the original packing material where possible.
