Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Pay Now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Payment is not taken until the order is processed.

ACCOUNT
Approved, logged in, account holders can placed orders onto account.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
Direct deposit into our bank account is also possible. Goods are not sent until payment is received and cleared. Our details are:

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship all orders via Registered Post, Fastway Couriers and, at times, other local couriers. Australia Post and Fastway delivery is trackable across Australia.

All postage rates start from 2kg and upwards. Nearly all the orders we send out are significantly heavier than 2kg so the store is set up to work to offer best rates to those orders. The time taken to pick, pack and freight orders less than 2kg means that, unfortunately, we cannot afford to offer freight rates for smaller items. You are welcome to order less than 2kg of product but will be charged at the 2kg rate.

We have worked hard to calculate freight at cost (and sometimes subsidised) rates but we're not perfect. If you think we've got the freight wrong please let us know so we can check our data and offer you the best rate possible.

Please note that although Courier delivery is available as an option for most destinations on the checkout page, this does not guarantee that courier delivery is available to all addresses within that area. If courier delivery is not available we will use Australia Post as the next best option.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order as soon as we can. We will normally send your order to you in two business days for stock items. If payment is by direct deposit / echeque / cheque then goods will not be sent until payment has cleared into our account.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will supply the closest alternative. We can also back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made in Australia 10% GST is added to all GSTable items.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.

The credit card details are kept in an encrypted and password protected form on our system and are deleted when the order has been completed. They are not held in clear text on any computer or web site.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Any products that are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt will be replaced free of charge upon receipt of damaged / faulty goods to Kombu Wholefoods

Kombu Wholefoods do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment or as part of a special offer organised by the same company.

We do at times work with our suppliers to offer discounts and other promotions. Customers shopping on the site using discount coupons supplied by those suppliers may be contacted by either Kombu Wholefoods or that supplier in the future with information about other related offers. Customers may at any time reply to that company to ask that they be removed from any mailing lists. At no time will this information be supplied to any other third party by Kombu Wholefoods.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
