It's Easy To Order Online with Kombu!

It's easy to use our online shop but to help make sure you enjoy the experience as much as possible we've put together a quick guide below. If you feel we've missed anything please let us know...And happy shopping - you'll be buying some of the healthiest, tastiest and most affordable organic food in Australia!

1: Enter The Shop

Entering the shop is easy. All you need to do is either click on one of the departments to the left or, if you are looking for something in particular, you can search for it using the Search facility on the left hand side.

2: Start Shopping

Once you are in the store you'll be presented with a number of options. If you clicked on Search you will get a list of products matching your search terms. Simply click on the items that you would like to look at in more detail.

If you clicked on one of the Departments to the left you will either be presented with a list of products or, for the bigger Departments, be given a list of Categories. For instance if you chose Flours as your Department you then get a choice of either Bulk or Prepack. For Self / Cosmetics you will be offered a list of Brands to chose from. This is done to prevent you from having to scroll through a huge mixed list of everything available in the one department.

Simply click on the Category you would like to look at in detail and a list of products will appear on the screen.

3: Add Shopping To Your Cart

When you find something you would like to buy simply enter the quantity of that item in the appropriate box. Some items are priced per item (such as prepack flours) whilst others are per kilogram (such as bulk flours).

As you are unlikely to need kilograms of herbs and spices these are priced in multiples of 10g - so if you want 100g of a particular herb then just order 10 units and we'll send you 100g worth...

Sounds confusing? Don't worry - it isn't!

Once you've chosen everything you want on a page simple click on one of the "Add Selected To Cart" buttons at the top and bottom of each page and everything you have selected a quantity for on that page will be added to your cart.

4: Checking Your Cart / Checking Out

As soon as you click on the 'Add Selected to Cart' button you will be transported to the Cart page. This lists everything in your shopping cart so far.

You've now got a few options. Click on:

UPDATE if you have changed the quantities of anything in the cart and want to update the totals.
SAVE if you would like to save the cart and complete your shopping later.
RETRIEVE if you would like to retrieve a shopping cart that you saved earlier.
CONTINUE SHOPPING if you would like to add more items to your cart.
CHECKOUT NOW if you have completed your shop and would like to move to the payment section.

5: Taking Payment

When you hit the Checkout Now button or the Pay Now button in the Cart Summary box at the top right of the page you will be taken to the payment section.

Completing this section is easy - just enter details as required and select options from the drop down boxes that appear. There are a number of payment methods. If you pay by credit card please rest assured that all card information is securely encrypted before it is sent to our site. We only take card payment when we have picked your order and have packed it carefully for shipping.

6: What Happens Next?

As we process your order you will receive e-mails letting you know what is happening. If we have any questions - or if you have any questions - we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

You should receive your order within a couple of days of getting an e-mail letting you know the order has been shipped. Enclosed with the order you will find an invoice / receipt and a cover letter. If you have any problems with the order let us know and we will sort any problems out straight away. Just about everyone who orders from us once comes back time and time again and that only happens if you are happy with the products we send and service we offer.
